Alloy.ai builds professional software tools designed to help revenue leaders optimize their supply chains by providing real-time demand visibility and actionable insights. Alloy's solutions are primarily targeted at consumer goods companies and retailers, enabling them to better predict consumer demand, manage their inventory, and respond to supply chain disruptions.

I leverage my extensive product leadership experience to coach and guide the Product team, and play a crucial role in shaping our roadmap and establishing our product development process.

I strategically aligned Alloy's product development process with the needs and expectations of our customers, prioritizing their requirements over the desires of our engineering team. This approach has led to a significant reduction in critical bugs and a notable increase in customer satisfaction.

Purpose-Built Workflows

Transformed Alloy's products from predominantly custom analysis and dashboards – that catered to only a select group of supply chain-oriented power users – to purpose-built workflows, featuring actionable steps, that are accessible and relevant to a broader range of customer personas such as revenue leaders and demand planners.

AI Assistant

Developed an AI chatbot that answers supply chain questions from customer data. Asking a question in natural language causes the bot to perform complex queries and generate dashboards to provide an answer. It then also explains what each widget of the dashboard is attempting to convey.

Electrum Design System

Created the Electrum Design System product and contribute as a designer and front-end developer. Owned the system integration roadmap and evangelized proper use of the component library with the Engineering team.
